Every resident receives a virtual "room key." Through the QR code, visitors can explore hundreds of digital room keys, each carrying a name, years in residence, house or dormitory name (if known), a favourite memory, photographs, and messages to future Woodridgeans.

Donor recognition may affect eligibility for a Section 18A tax certificate. Donors requesting a Section 18A certificate agree to forfeit all donor recognition, including naming rights, commemorative plaques, Digital Legacy Archive recognition and any other public acknowledgement, where required in terms of applicable legislation.
